    Design stages

Those interested in our projects are invited to the meeting in the MIJO office at 7/24a Stara Street, Warsaw. We are happy to arrange possible forms of cooperation.

The interior design consists of several stages. The information contained in this tab is intended to explain the processes that occur during cooperation with the architectural office.

    1. INTERVIEW

Before starting the conceptual design, we strive to get to know your expectations, taste and needs as well as capabilities. To this end, we organize a meeting in our studio, before which we ask you to complete and send us basic information about the project, your plans and inspiration.

    2. CONCEPTUAL DESIGN

At this stage of work, we prepare 2-3 concepts for the functional arrangement of the designed interior. On the basis of the proposals and comments received, subsequent corrections are made that lead to the selection of the final functional layout. Its acceptance allows you to move to the stage of preparing computer visualizations. Then a 3D computer spatial model is created. Based on the model, we prepare different versions of visualizations based on the previously selected functional layout. Each presentation and its correction is sent by e-mail and discussed during meetings in the studio or by phone or electronically. The conceptual design ends with a presentation containing the functional layout of the interior, final visualizations of individual rooms and proposals for specific finishing materials and interior furnishing.
The time needed to complete the conceptual design is about 4 weeks. It is possible to terminate cooperation at this stage.

    3. EXECUTIVE PROJECT

Accepted conceptual design is synonymous with the completion of work on the interior concept. Based on the information obtained, we prepare detailed technical drawings – projections, cross-sections, wall views, furniture drawings and other designed details – documentation necessary for the Contractor to commence work.

Based on the detailed design, we also prepare a detailed cost estimate of all products (materials, finishing elements) to be implemented in accordance with the project.

The average time to prepare project documentation from the moment the final concept is accepted is around 3-4 weeks. It is possible to terminate cooperation at this stage.

    4. AUTHOR’S SUPERVISION

After completion of the implementation stage, the project is implemented. We offer our support in the form of author’s supervision, ranging from individually priced on-site consultations to full coordination and control over implementation work payable on a monthly basis.
